Also taking part will be Lord Justice Keene, as well as other members of the judiciary. Topics covered during this year's Summer Conference will include: the scope of Article 8, equality rights, legitimate expectation, procedural aspects of Convention rights and practice and procedure. This year's panel discussion will be on whether there is a need for constitutional reform. |

It brings together practitioners, academics and others with an interest in Public Law for a series of sessions on topical issues within the sphere of Constitutional and Administrative Law.
